St. Joseph's Hospital South. Sole-source nurse call/code, ASSE 6030 med gas verification, ICRA Class IV throughout an active surgical floor.
OneBlood Donor Center
Active blood donor center renovation with multi-stakeholder coordination. Door re-spec caught on a walk and fixed without slipping the schedule.
Linear Accelerator Suite
Full LINAC suite renovation. Radiation shielding integrity preserved, equipment manufacturer coordination, schedule built around patient treatment windows.
