The challenge

Linear accelerator suites are among the most demanding renovations in healthcare construction. The structural shielding for radiation containment cannot be compromised. Equipment manufacturer coordination is exacting. Schedule windows are dictated by the facility's patient treatment scheduling, not the contractor's preference. Kenny served as PM on this project, with Rock Solid's owner-led discipline visible throughout.
